Terms of Use
Last Updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Paramount BeerWerks website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Informational and Business Purpose
This website provides general information about Paramount BeerWerks, our brewing capabilities, potential services, and our partnership with The Werks.
Website content does not constitute a binding offer, quote, production commitment, guarantee, or professional recommendation. Production capacity, pricing, services, schedules, specifications, and project acceptance are subject to availability and a separate written agreement.
2. Project Inquiries and Business Relationships
Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, contract-brewing agreement, or other business relationship.
Paramount BeerWerks may accept or decline any inquiry or proposed project in its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Project terms, confidentiality obligations, intellectual-property ownership, recipe ownership, production requirements, pricing, payment, scheduling, quality standards, and liability will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
3. Confidential and Proprietary Information
The website inquiry form is intended for preliminary project information.
Do not submit complete proprietary recipes, trade secrets, passwords, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through the form. Submission through the website does not, by itself, establish a confidential relationship or nondisclosure obligation.
Contact Paramount BeerWerks to arrange an appropriate confidentiality agreement or secure method of exchanging proprietary project materials.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s text, graphics, photographs, layout, design elements, and Paramount BeerWerks branding are owned by Paramount BeerWerks or used with permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and print website content for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Nothing on the website grants any license or ownership interest in Paramount BeerWerks trademarks, branding, recipes, business materials, or other intellectual property.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website to:
Violate applicable law

6. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and informational purposes.
Paramount BeerWerks does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement unless expressly stated.
7. Website Availability and Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Although we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the website will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. Website content may be updated, corrected, removed, or changed without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paramount BeerWerks disclaims warranties arising from use of the website, whether express, implied, or statutory.
