Meet Head Brewer Chris Kirk
With nearly 20 years of professional brewing experience, Chris began his career at Great Divide Brewing Company during a formative period in Denver’s craft beer industry. He built a strong foundation in high-volume production, cellar management, and recipe design before expanding his expertise through consulting work across Colorado, Europe, and South America. This work exposed him to a wide variety of brewing traditions, operational challenges, and diverse production environments.
Today, Chris leads operations, recipe development, and production at Paramount BeerWerks. He knows exactly what it takes to execute a flawless, true-to-style product, focusing on translating your concepts into reliable, repeatable production. His expertise gives customers access to practical brewing knowledge, disciplined technical standards, and an approach built around quality and consistency.
